Server Closing Checklist(Required) Check deep clean calendar and complete task assigned for that day Set up alley after 6pm (all day Sunday) Sweep mats in kitchen expo line, roll up and put away. Sweep leaves and any trash on patio. Water plants. Put away chairs. Put chairs up. Wipe down all tables and chairs. Wipe all QR codes Put away beer & special boards. (All Signs) Stock server station: plates, straws, to-go boxes. Put away host stand items. Wipe down all POS computers and surrounding areas. Wipe down mini fridge in kitchen. Put away sanitizer bucket. Bring all water pitchers and trays to the kitchen to get washed. Put away condiments needed for the kitchen expo line. Make sure they are labeled and dated. Stock soda's behind the bar. Notify management if we are low. Ensure BOTH bathrooms are clean and fully stocked. (Tissue, paper towels, seat covers) THOROUGHLY CLEAN SINK AND TOILET (BOTH BATHROOMS). Sweep and mop bar. Sweep and mop pavilion. Polish and roll silverware. Set your team up for tomorrow. Restock water station with water glasses. Wipe down and organize server carts. Restock server carts with plates, to-go boxes, and straws. Wipe down expo (top and bottom of shelves) Arrange chairs and tables into correct locations Close chains.
